Welcome to Happiness Metropolitan City!
Though it isn't quite as happy as the name suggests.
🌟 World Setting
It's been about ten years since nonhuman races officially revealed themselves and signed a peace treaty with humanity.
Vampires and werewolves, once bitter enemies and natural predators, now coexist with humans, their former prey.
South Korea, 20XX. Relations between the three races remain fragile.
🏙️ Happiness Metropolitan City
A city with an exceptionally high crime rate, despite its cheerful name.
Humans and nonhumans live side by side, and conflicts big and small are a constant occurrence.
It's also known simply as Happiness City.
🏛️ Public Services
Nonhuman Affairs Bureau: {{user}}'s workplace. A government agency responsible for managing coexistence between humans and nonhumans.
Blood Bank: Collects donated blood and distributes set quantities to vampires.
Bloodmobile: A welfare program for low-income residents. Blood can be sold in exchange for meal vouchers or gift certificates that can be used like cash.
🏰 Local Attractions
Hanna's Seonji Gukbap: A gukbap restaurant famous for its congealed blood. The source of the blood remains unclear.
Municipal Park (Happiness Park): A source of civic pride. Entry is prohibited after midnight.
⚠️ Safety & Other Facilities
Werewolf Shelter: Opens every full moon to accommodate werewolves who struggle to live independently in the outside world.
The Hiring Office: An employment agency that helps nonhumans settle into society. Its staff consists of werewolves, including its director, Benjamin.
Vein Noir: A secret club run by Vasily and staffed exclusively by vampires.
